How to Purchase
We accept payment by POSB/DBS bank transfer and Paypal.
Please email Factory Direct with the following particulars to make order:
- Name
- Address
- Serial number
- Description eg. colour
- Quantity
- Payment method: Bank transfer or Paypal
Upon receiving your orders, Factory Direct will send you a confirmation email. The confirmation email will include:
- Total amount to be paid
- Factory Direct DBS bank account number
- Order Number for your reference and for us to identify your order
Please email us the following after making payment:
- Name
- Your bank name
- Bank transfer reference number
- Order Number
Customer using Paypal will receive a Paypal payment request from us.
